Applications are now being accepted until March 16, 2022 for affordable housing at Cyrus Place Apartments, 4697 Third Avenue, Bronx, NY 10458.

Cyrus Place Apartments is a 53-unit, newly constructed, smoke-free building, located at 4697 Third Avenue in the Fordham Heights section of The Bronx. The building is located within Community Board #6 and is accessible through public transportation, including on the B & D subway lines as well as on the Bx15, Bx17, Bx41, 60, 61, and 62 buses.

Building features include, but are not limited to, an on-site Superintendent, elevator, a residential terrace, gym, bicycle storage room, and on-site laundry* (*additional fees apply). With restaurants, shopping, parks, and playgrounds within walking distance, Cyrus Place Apartments offers everything you need for modern city living. There is a preference for residents of Bronx Community Board 6. *Tenants are responsible for Electricity including Electric Stove.

Affordable Housing Program

This building is being financed through the New Construction Program (NCP) of the New York City Department of Housing Preservation and Development (HPD) and a New York State Housing Trust Fund loan through New York State Homes and Community Renewal (HCR).

A percentage of units are set aside for:

5% Mobility

2% Vision/Hearing

Preference for a percentage of units goes to:

50% Community Board Resident

5% NYC Employee
