The affordable housing lottery has launched for 276 Grand Concourse, a 12-story mixed-use residential building in Mott Haven, The Bronx. Designed by ND Architecture and Design, the 195,248-square-foot structure yields 215 units. Available on NYC Housing Connect are 65 units for residents at 130 percent of the area median income (AMI), ranging in eligible income from $65,143 to $192,400.

Amenities include a garage, bike storage lockers, package lockers, business center, recreation room, gym with yoga studio, children’s playroom, bike storage lockers, and a landscaped rooftop terrace. Residences have smart controls for heating and cooling, dishwashers, washers and dryers, and either patios or balconies.

At 130 percent of the AMI, there are ten studios for incomes ranging from $68,572 to $124,150; 36 one-bedrooms for incomes ranging from $75,429 to $139,620; 15 two-bedrooms for incomes ranging from $82,286 to $167,570; and four three-bedrooms for incomes ranging from $99,429 to $192,400.
