Garden Towers Seniors Apartments is a new affordable housing senior residence, located at 1323 Boston Road and 1332 Clinton Avenue in the Bronx.
The project’s two towers, with entrances on both Boston Road and Clinton Avenue, is connected in the rear via a walkable “greenhouse”. The unit mix includes studios and one bedrooms and are available to households that at least one household member who is 62+ years of age at the time of application and that meet the income and household size criteria.
Amenities are: Attended Lobby, laundry room, on-site social services, Greenhouse, Green Wall, Community Rooms, computer lab, and bike storage.

If you apply on Housing Connect, do not submit a paper application. Tenants are responsible for electricity, which includes an electric stove. Heat and hot water is included in the rent.
